HomeRights: Support & Rescue
RESIDENTIAL REPOSSESSION SUPPORT
Helping Homeowners Navigate Repossession Proceedings.
HomeRights Advisory provides lay, non-legal support to homeowners who are acting as litigants in person in mortgage-related disputes and possession proceedings.
Our role is to help individuals understand court paperwork, organise their case materials, and navigate court processes with greater confidence, while remaining fully responsible for their own case at all times.
HomeRights is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Who We Support
We assist:
-
Homeowners acting as litigants in person
-
Borrowers facing possession or enforcement proceedings
-
Individuals preparing for court hearings without a solicitor
-
Clients preparing complaints to lenders or regulatory bodies
All clients remain litigants in person throughout. Responsibility for decisions, filings, and outcomes always rests with the client.

-
Supporting preparation of complaints and evidence packs for lenders or regulators
Any written material remains the client’s own work, produced under their direction and responsibility.
