needed across so many disciplines.
The greater majority of G.M.’s used to come from the ranks of excellent department heads who were given time to adapt and learn in a
GM role, this now cannot be the route for owners in choosing their GM, as the pace, pressure and skills to survive in business requires
experience that they do not possess via their previous departmental roles; unfortunately, no business now has the time to carry
‘passengers’ in such a critical position. Successfully running an internal department is vastly different to running the whole business

Recruitment agency fees are based on 15% to 20% of a GM salary, a payable fee of between £5250 & £7000 on an average £35,000
salary. This is a significant amount to pay out for someone without all the necessary skills & who is able to leave your employ at any
time. Such a process executed twice in one year for a host of reasons can amount to a significant loss of revenue of up to £14,000

OUR CONTRACT APPROACH
We will place a highly experienced General Manager & or management team on-site that is ‘be-spoke’ chosen for your business,
possessive of the full skill-set necessary, we guarantee they have undergone a thorough vetting procedure and will be stable for the whole
contract duration.
Our directors and associated experts will work through and alongside the GM / management team to operate your premises and business
in accordance with your requirements and expectations. We guarantee to deliver the optimum results on cost controls, revenue levels and
profit conversion, we will ensure that all due diligence, compliance and certification is adhered to, we can assure yourself that high
operational standards across all departments will be the norm at all times
We can provide the same level of service and standards should you prefer your present General Manager / management team to remain
in situ, strictly on the proviso that they of course agree to whatever training would be necessary and fully adhere to our operational ethos,
requirements and overall standards.
With regards to the reporting process to yourself, we will perform to your requirements on report types, their content thereof and
frequency of production. We offer a genuine 24/7 hotline for yourself on any issue.
We will strictly adhere to your ‘brief’ and not venture into any other areas of the business that is not within the ‘brief’. Any concerns that
may arise that would affect the business but are not within our remit will be bought to your attention immediately for your decision on
how they are to be handled.
No suppliers will be appointed or changed at any time without your prior approval. The worrying practice of some contract management
companies changing suppliers on entry then receiving fees from the suppliers on inflated prices to the customer is, we believe, an
unethical and immoral practice.

Our appointment absolves yourself and company against H&S, EHO, Fire, Licensing, Trading Standards & Personnel litigation, *albeit the
proviso being that we have full contracted control of the aforementioned
